Referral and Fee Information
Mental Health Care Plan:
Mental Health Care plans are accepted. These are arranged through your General Practitioner (GP) under the Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan and subsidises the cost of 10 sessions (per calendar year). GP's can email referrals to hello@reflectionsmentalhealth.com.au or fax 0745662205

Private Health Insurance (Bupa; HCF; Teachers Health; UniHealth; Nurses and Midwives Health)
Private health insurance rebate is dependent on insurance provider. Please discuss reimbursement with insurance provider. No referral needed however please phone in advance to provide external agencies billing details.

Private Paying Clients (no mental health plan)
A referral is not required to access Reflections Mental Health.

Victims Assist Qld
Appointment cost of $234 will need to be paid at time of appointment and then rebate can be claimed following appointment by client.
NDIS (Self Managed)
Appointment cost of $190 per hour will need to be paid within 1 week of appointment.
Open Arms/ Dept of Veterans' Affairs
No referral needed. Appointment cost as per fee schedule outlined by service and paid by service.
Work Cover/Insurance
No referral needed. Appointment cost of $234 to be covered by insurance company/work cover.
Online/Telehealth Appointments
Online/telehealth appointments are available for the same fee as face to face. Please contact Reflections Mental Health to arrange appointment.
